CentrisUP Leadership Program - Giving Talented Leaders the Tools They Need to Inspire Teams

CentrisUP is a leadership development program jointly created by Centris and Bellevue University. The program integrates expert knowledge on leadership with Centris values, culture, and mission to provide leaders with the knowledge and skills to motivate and increase productivity.
One graduate, Becky Pacal, particularly valued the strategic problem-solving aspects with other leaders across the organization. Shawnie Cain noted that the program helped her identify her preferred management style and taught her how to adjust it to effectively reach and motivate team members.
