"Shawnie Cain, an Assistant Branch Manager, started at Centris as a part-time teller. While working at Centris, she went back to school to earn her bachelor’s degree at Bellevue University.
"Becky Pacal (Placek) is another example of someone that took advantage of our tuition reimbursement program and attended Bellevue University to earn her master’s degree. She is now a Branch Sales Manager.
"When you see and hear employees take a different perspective than when they first walked into the classroom, you can see that it’s no longer about them. It is now about how they show up for others. They see leadership from a different lens. In general, what helps me confirm that this is the right investment in our employees is when they take things away from a session that allows them to become better employees.
